Elizabeth is an educator and community-based artist from Chino, California. She is a first generation college graduate, earning her Bachelor's in Cinema and Media Studies and a minor in Education Studies from Wellesley College. At Wellesley, she spent three years advocating and organizing on behalf of first generation and low income students. Her passion for education and empowerment has led her to mentor high school youth organizers and lead community-based art and media classes for immigrant youth. The daughter of Korean and Mexican immigrants, her activism is driven by bridge-building, hybridity, and storytelling.
