Noely Mendoza is a Chicana documentary filmmaker and editor from Santa Barbara, CA. She graduated with honors from Amherst College with a degree in Film and Media Studies. She works as an editor on documentary projects and has produced and directed a variety of video and film projects including a short film on Latina bicultural identity, a short film on Chicano Park, and has also explored other forms of visual storytelling such as multimedia installations. Her work centers on telling the stories of those whose voices are not often heard.
