Thank you. Truth exists and objective reality exists outside of partisanship and outright lying. If one side says it’s raining and the other side says it’s not, the reporter’s job is not only to look out the window – but to ask the side that did not tell truth why they lied. And to keep poking and prodding until they answer. It’s a dirty, rotten, thankless job but somebody’s got to do it.

I watched the recent press conference and it took a lot out of me to sit and watch a leader -OUR LEADER treat media in general so awful. As a woman of course I have less tolerance and as a Photojournalist, well I didn’t need to be asked twice to say THANK YOU! I’m happy to see something like this as momentum yet it is awful we are even in a position that it is necessary to do so. Thank you ladies for your continued efforts! Best wishes, Erica Benson
