Join the Barton County Chapter of Women for Kansas for a public viewing of the new film, “Suppressed: The Fight to Vote”, complete with popcorn and beverages.
The 40-minute film directed by Robert Greenwald, exposes rampant voter suppression in Georgia’s 2018 midterm election and the threat it poses to the nation’s 2020 elections. “Filled with human stories of people whose vote has been denied them, the documentary tells a story that demands to be told. Watch it. Share it. Take action.” said Michael Douglas, actor.
WAIT...there's more! We’ll also have birthday cake and fun activities to celebrate the 87th birthday of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, also on March 15th.
