Last week I wrote that McDonald's anti-union labor practices are more harmful than its food. Well, the SEIU is calling on us all to stand up. Tomorrow at noon, the SEIU wants you to go into your local McDonald's and educate employees about Employee Free Choice. They're fed up with the fact that McDonald's CEO makes 770 times the average worker.
You can help raise awareness about the need for fairer wages and working conditions, and all it will take is an hour of your time tomorrow at lunch. SEIU has all the details, including action materials and instructions.
