Q: How are you feeling about the 2024 election? A: I am feeling cautiously optimistic about the election. When I encounter people who are inclined to vote for tRump, I ask them "Don’t you want someone to lead this country who makes you proud? Don’t you think we are better than that? Don’t you want a leader who is empathetic, kind, thoughtful, honest? Would you allow your children to talk about their classmates the way ‘That Man’ talks about his political rivals? Don’t you want a President who would embrace you in a time of sorrow rather than offer you his ring to kiss? " When I encounter people who say they’re not going to vote, or don’t know for whom to vote, I scold them and tell them to do their homework. I remind them WE are this country’s life blood and WE have an obligation to bring out this country’s better angels. Probably the most important issues are the Israel/Gaza conflict, the Russia/Ukraine conflict, global warming and the extreme disparity between the “haves” and “have nots” in the world in general and the USA in particular. Q: How are you feeling about the 2024 election? A: I’m definitely a lot more hopeful now that Harris and Walz are running (Walz was the best possible choice and I’m so glad she picked him). It was absolutely time for Biden to step down.
In terms of issues, I think abortion/IVF/birth control and how the Republicans are going to go after general reproductive freedom is very important. I think positioning any message in a way that shows how anti-freedom the Right is will be helpful. They claim to be the party of small government but are hell-bent on the government telling people how to live their lives. Taking a stand against the genocide happening in Gaza and really pushing Harris/Walz to call for an arms embargo or at least distancing themselves from Biden’s unwavering/unconditional support for Israel will be helpful.
We also need to hammer home how detrimental the Supreme Court has already been and will continue to be if Trump is elected. We need to take some of the Harris campaign economic policies that have been released so far and really blast it out everywhere because these are winning policies:
- Up to $25,000 in down-payment aid for first-time homebuyers
- Up to $6,000 for low- and middle-income families with new babies
- Up to $3,600 per child per year in an expanded child tax credit
- A ban on price gouging in the food sector
- Banning the use of medical debt in credit scores
We really need to give people something to vote FOR instead of someone/something to vote against. How will the Democrats work to actually fix and change lives for the better? That’s what we need to drive home.

They will vote for their cult leader, even if shown that the economy suffered during Trump’s presidency. Immigration is near the top of the GOP’s agenda. The Dems should point out that illegal immigration is way down in the past months. Two thirds of Dem voters want an immediate cease fire in Gaza. Harris should distance herself from Biden’s unwavering support for Israel. Support for Ukraine is important. Abortion and contraception should be a big Dem issue.

Q: How are you feeling about the 2024 election? A: The same as elections prior since the beginning of elections, for women and children to finally have a real seat at the table. That population, nationally and globally, have been longing for 2000 years, to be seen, protected, and made a priority. Members in both groups continue to suffer unfathomable barbaric, atrocities, If the smearing champagnes can go to the freakin’ time out corner for just ONE election. The only thing that should be on EVERY politicians agenda is what are they going to do to improve the quality of life for our stewards of tomorrow, especially the ones in the cracks and their moms. Stop allowing wealthy abusers and their bullish, intimidating, unethical attorneys weaponize Family Court. Judges stop giving preferential treatment to attorneys and treating pro se litigants like they are an inconvenience and an annoyance. They are “poor” se litigants. The majority are victims of domestic violence and severely traumatized children. This form of violence is particularly dangerous because it takes many forms, all of which having control and dominance of another person. Forms of coercive control, including physical, abuse, emotional abuse, financial abuse, or “paper abuse.” For 40 years I have served in various employment settings where I worked with domestic violence victims, young people and adults with unresolved and untreated childhood trauma, CASA, counseled suicide survivors and family members of loved ones who were successful with their early exit plan. When you leave your abuser before he/she gives you your freedom papers you CAN expect the control and abuse to continue in Family Court. Where it takes a very dark and menacing turn. Stalking, harassment, fighting protective orders – the appetizer. Paper Abuse: The abuser attempt to maintain control by falling unnecessary lawsuits, requesting numerous hearings over custody arrangements, making false reports of child, abuse, or neglect, or taking other legal actions within family court. Abuse is not Whitney understood our study, but has been covertly draining survivors, both financially and emotionally for decades . It is on the rise as perpetrators realized family courts are an ideal setting to target their victims, biggest vulnerability; their children. So even after surviving, their abuser is likely to attempt to regain power and control and violence usually escalates. Abusive fathers are almost twice as like that’s a file for so custody of their children then a non-abuse his father not necessarily paternal responsibility, but whether to maintain control over their former partner. Survivors of domestic violence are legally required to participate in the lengthy process of protection, order hearings and divorce, custody agreements, therefore having repeated forced contact with their abusers, the criminal justice system overlook the impact of legal threats and intimidation on a victim. This process is cruel and inhumane and can go on for years. Gas lighting, manipulation, smear campaigns, intimidation, various silence tactics, excessive legal fees and inexperienced judges. Sometimes the economic factor, biases, and prejudices impacts judicial decisions in favor of the abuser, which negatively impacts an already victimized and traumatized individual and the children.
1. Every State should have lost specifically target domestic violence related stalking by way of courts.
2. Have and placed the Abusive Civil Action Law, to allow judges to determine whether a defendants ex partner or family member member is following frivolous lawsuits intended to specifically to harass, stock, otherwise cause harm. The bill gives judges the power to prevent abuses from following lawsuits for up to six years.
3. Every state should bring awareness to anti-SLAPP legislation along with defendants to have the unnecessary cases dismissed and to be reimbursed for their legal fees. The public participation project has been advocating to pass federal anti-SLAPP legislation through Congress to further protect survivors of domestic violence and legal harassment.
4. And independent pro se litigant and domestic violence advocate with no ties to a jurisdiction assigned to each Family Court. Survivors often do not know their legal options in these situations or resources available. For example, tort claims require those who are found to be at fault for causing harm to others to provide monetary compensation to the victim. Although really used and domestic violence cases to combat frivolous lawsuits can be extremely effective and fighting harmful actions that do not qualify as crimes, like intentional emotional distress.
5. Mandatory training for judges, legal professionals, court report writer, on the pervasive nature of paper abuse and coercive control.
6. Innovative therapy for young people and adults with untreated trauma. This population of victims do not trust easily, because historically their violators are supposedly trusted adults. For example: parents, adult relatives, adult friends of the family, clergy, coaches, teachers, or law enforcement. THESEVICTIMSENTIRELIVEARESEVERELYIMPACTED, NEVERAFFORDEDTHEOPPORTUNITY AT A QUALITYLIFE. THEYDESERVERESTORATIVEJUSTICE. IT IS WHAT WE OWE!
7. Lastly, federal courts have also set a president in allowing judges to discipline perpetrators to file frivolous or improper claims. Family courts have the authority to discipline a batter who follows excessive motions by finding them in contempt of court, or by ordering them to pay the attorney fees and legal cost of the victim. If these judges are properly briefed on how to recognize size of paper, abuse, and action can be taken to protect survivor from legal harassment.

But hey, this is America and if we’re not good at anything, we are good at thinking outside of the box. PROBLEM: Change and innovative solutions are FREE, but it ain’t CHEAP!!! This will require u.s. to cast a wider net when it comes to family. We have to embrace”less”, and temporarily divorce “ish” and “isms”. We can’t let this golden opportunity become just another centrist/corporatist, lesser-of-two-evils sell out by the Democratic party.

Part of me is elated for VP Harris to run for President, but if she holds to the current agenda regarding Palestine, she will lose voters. I’m also concerned at how poorly local elections are covered in my area.
I would love to see you focus on what it is to have integrity within politics, a postulation in the kind of leader we need, and a focus on economics that support rebuilding the middle class.

preserving (what’s left of) the natural world, and ensuring women’s reproductive and health rights are all key requirements to improving humanity’s chances for long-term survival on planet earth. Q: How are you feeling about the 2024 election? A: Trump and Musk support & hangout with (and perhaps may even be, themselves) pedophiles via their relationships with Epstein & Maxwell and the media doesn’t say anything about it. Trump is a felon and a confirmed rapist, he’s a criminal and every time he is on the news they should say that. Another failure of the media. Ultimately, my main point is that our media ecosystems have completely failed at getting this reality across to the American people: Donal Trump, Elon Musk, and MAGA all HATEFREEDOM and they HATETHEUNITEDSTATES OF AMERICA. Everything those people and that movement does goes against the constitutional concepts of freedom, liberty, privacy, free press, and free speech. The fact that they have gotten away with their branding of “freedom-lovers” and “free-speech protectors” is an absolute travesty laid at the feet of the corporate media. These weirdos hate America.

A: Foreign policy: including, but not limited to the United States in the Israeli place to live for occupation and genocide of the Palestinian people in Gaza, the Venezuela, election interference, the Ukraine, interference, refugees immigration that these issues are creating and how brown people are being left behind in America not a priority to US politicians.
A: I fear and believe the Harris / Walz team will not change course on arming Israel.
A: I feel more optimistic than I did a month ago.
A: I am more optimistic that the Democrats will win. Inflation is now under 3%. I think Harris and Walz are on the right track. Former President Trump is unhinged.
A: I think it is VERY Critical that Brave New Films focus on how Election Deniers have had control of Election Offices & Tampered with Election Equipment, Performed Data Breaches in MANY Places, which is WHY IT IS SO CRITICAL that EVERY CITIZEN who Believes in Our Democracy & CONSTITUTION MUST GET OUT & VOTE AND VOLUNTEER to speak with others about voting , make phone calls, knock doors and carry family, friends of like minds to GET OUT THE VOTE!!
A: Push for the Harris/Walz ticket to commit to Expanding Social Security, Medicare for all, Free College, The Green New Deal, and the whole roster of progressive Goals. We can’t let this golden opportunity become just another centrist/corporatist, lesser-of-two-evils sell out by the Democratic party.
A: This election is disturbing on multiple levels.
A: The news media is the biggest problem. They are always chasing Trump and always giving him the same status as a real legitimate candidates – instead of calling out the sick bastard for all his crimes and continuous lies!
A: gaza genocide
climate change
money out of politics
A: I think the most important issues for this election include: climate change/global warming, predatory economics and the need for the American people to have a voice over elitists billionaires who lobby in self-interest, and as always, racism, sexism, and xenophobia, and lgbtq-phobia, and the fight against white nationalism.
A: Focus on the differences between Democratic and Trumpian positions on issues with critical implications for the future of (1) Americans, (2) the natrual world and (3) human civilization. Replacing fossil fuels,
preserving (what’s left of) the natural world, and ensuring women’s reproductive and health rights are all key requirements to improving humanity’s chances for long-term survival on planet earth. Democrats are rightly prioritizing pro-future positions on these critical issues. T**** and his cult followers are bsically in denial of them as problems. They MUST NOT win!
A: It is Kamala’s to lose. She needs to take a strong stand against the genocide in Palestine.
A: The plate of the Palestinians and criminal activities of Netanyahu
A: Trump and Musk support & hangout with (and perhaps may even be, themselves) pedophiles via their relationships with Epstein & Maxwell and the media doesn’t say anything about it. Trump is a felon and a confirmed rapist, he’s a criminal and every time he is on the news they should say that. Another failure of the media. Ultimately, my main point is that our media ecosystems have completely failed at getting this reality across to the American people: Donal Trump, Elon Musk, and MAGA all HATE FREEDOM and they HATE THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
A: When the Harris/Walz ticket goes up in the poles or when they have large, enthusiastic crowds, it needs to be promoted.
